Dance Information

Guest Permission Forms

• All guests attending an AHS dance must have a signed permission form.
• All guest forms are due at noon of the Friday before the event.
• Guests are defined as anyone who is not currently enrolled at Annandale High School.  Homeschool students, online students and former students are all guests.

Dance Guidelines

• Students are expected to follow all school guidelines and expectations.
• Once a student has left the dance for any reason, they may not return.
• If a student needs something from their car, they may be escorted by an adult.
• Music selections are "radio version"
• If a song is playing that a student finds personally offensive or unappealing, a break outside may be an appropriate coping strategy.

Prom Guidelines

• Semi-formal to formal attire is required for the entire evening. 
• All students must travel with the group to and from the venue via the provided transportation (no exceptions).
• All attendees must remain at the location the entire time.
• All attendees are expected to participate in the entire prom experience including Grand March.
• Class dues and fees must be paid in full before tickets can be purchased.
